A: Tentu bisa, customer bisa melakukan pick-up sendiri atau menggunakan layanan delivery third-party seperti Gojek dan Grab. Untuk ini, bisa komunikasi langsung dengan kami lewat Whatsapp, Instagram atau Telepon. Untuk cara kontak kami bisa dilihat disini.
Q: Bagaimana kalau order saya tidak mencapai minimum?
A: Untuk sekarang, Fishop tidak bisa melakukan delivery tersebut, tetapi customer bisa melakukan pick-up sendiri atau menggunakan layanan third-party.
Q: Order-an berapa lama baru sampai?
A: Kira-kira H-1.
Q: Saya butuh barangnya secepat mungkin! Apakah delivery pada hari ini juga bisa?
A: Untuk penerimaan barang dalam hari yang sama, kita tidak bisa melakukan delivery itu sendiri. Tetapi, customer bisa pick-up sendiri atau menggunakan Grab/ Gojek dan itu memungkinkan barang sampai pada hari yang sama. Dengan catatan, beberapa produk seperti full-body fresh salmon (jika diminta dipotong) tidak memungkinkan kita untuk menyiapkan order pada hari yang sama.

Q: Can I do my own pick-ups?
A: Of course, customers can conduct their own pick-up or utilise third-party delivery services such as Gojek and Grab. To ensure smooth communication and verification on date and time please contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram or Telephone. You can find our contact details here.
Q: What if my order doesn't reach the minimum price?
A: At the moment, Fishop cannot conclude such delivery, however customers can still do their own pick-ups or utilise third-party services.
Q: When can I expect my orders to be delivered?
A: Generally, orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days.
Q: I need my orders as soon as possible! Is same-day delivery possible?
A: Yes same-day fulfilment is possible, however we cannot make the deliveries with our own capacity, you can either pick-up the goods on your own or order third party delivery services like Grab and Gojek. However, please note that for some products, such as a full-body fresh salmon (if you request us to cut it) for example, will not be possible for same-day fulfilment.
